Our landlord never contacted us directly, and would instead only communicate via email through a woman called "Kate" who would never identify her relationship to the landlord or her full details. I remain completely in the dark as to who this person was as if the entire rental was some kind of absurdist theatre. Upon looking up Robert Grandison's details online, we discovered the business "Click Property" that whoever is actually the monetary beneficiary of this property claimed to be was dissolved and remains so to this day. Neighbour above was during our time of rental elderly, claiming to share the same landlord and complained of no response to any enquiries.
